Ron played in many bands in and around his native Dundee before bringing his considerable experience to 'front' Trilogy. The success of any function is based on the band's ability to fill the dance floor and this is where Ron comes into his own. Never think you can get away with sitting in your seat when Ron's nearby!

As the front man, Ron acts as 'MC' for the band. During ceilidh dances he joins the guests on the floor to arrange sets, explain the dances and generally assist in making the evening flow.
