September 2010 Trilogy have been added to the "Piperdam Mid Summer Charity Event" line-up on Sunday 12th September. Tickets cost £5.00. July 2010 ~ Open Golf Championship The Open Championship will next be held on the Old Course, St Andrews from Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th July 2010. The World's greatest golfers will battle for the famous Claret Jug, won by Tiger Woods at the last two St Andrews Opens - 2000 and 2005. Trilogy has the pleasure of providing the entertainment for the visiting U.S. golf fraternity from Tennessee. Arthritis Care provides help for the nine million people with arthritis in the UK; as well as support for their families. October 2009 30th October - - Trilogy play Tesco Charity of the Year 2009 Ball in The Apex Hotel, Dundee. In 2009 the Tesco Charity Trust aim to raise £2 million to improve the quality of life for children with Muscular Dystrophy. Trilogy would like to thank organiser, Denise Elder, for asking the band to contribute to the evening. The Piperdam Mid Summer Charity Event attracted over 1,000 people which in turn raised £1,500 for the Capstone Project and £500 for the Dundee Maggie Centre. Thank you to everyone who supported the event. Playing commitments sees the band out and about until the end of June after which a four week battery charge comes into play. The next few weeks will see the announcement of the 2009 Christmas dates in our favourite room, The Riga Suite, at Piperdam. November 2008 7th November - Trilogy, once again, play at the Charity Ball in aid of the Tayside Skin Cancer Treatment Unit in The Riga Suite, Piperdam. Over £40,000 was raised, at last year's Ball, to aid the research and treatment of skin cancer. April 2008 Trilogy play Edinburgh's iconic venue The Hub which dominates the skyline on the Royal Mile between Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace. The Hub is one of the premier venues in the city and hosts both the Edinburgh International Festival & Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival. The company’s team have a history of creating some of the world's best selling video games, including the global hit franchises 'Lemmings' and 'Grand Theft Auto'. The company's most recent success 'Crackdown' has been nominated for no less than 5 gaming BAFTAs. November 2007 2nd November - Trilogy played the Tayside Dermatology Skin Cancer Treatment & Research Centre Annual Charity Ball in The Riga Suite. Over £40,000 was raised, on the evening, to aid the research and treatment of skin cancer. August 2007 Midsummer Night's Ball - Saturday 18th - Trilogy play the Riga Suite, Piperdam to aid the Maggie Centre, Dundee. The centre helps cancer patients from across Dundee and Tayside. Other charities to benefit from the evening will be 'Caring For Kids' and 'Children 1st'. This event is SOLD OUT. Money raised for charity,on the night, totalled in excess of £6,000.00 June 2007 Sun. 24th - Photo Archive Page 4 is now on-line. Available only in this summer's 'new 'white'....black!....SOLD OUT May 2007 Dates announced for the Christmas 2007 gigs at Piperdam Golf and Leisure Resort - 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 31st December. February 2007 Friday 9th February - Trilogy play a fund raiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in the Apex Hotel, Dundee. The money raised is going towards finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, a disease which effects children and young adults. December 2006 Trilogy wish all our friends and clients a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. A special thanks go to Derek, Stuart, Angeline, Sharlene, Sheila, James and Lewis in the Riga Suite at Piperdam for all their help, enthusiasm and sarcasm over the band's run of Christmas dates. Click -> here <- to see their lovely, smiling faces. November 2006 10th November - Trilogy play a charity night in aid of the Neurosurgical Unit at Ninewells Hosptal in Dundee. The event, being held at 'The Friary', is being organised by Lyndsey Tinney who was successfully treated for a brain tumour in February of this year. 3rd November - Trilogy played the Tayside Dermatology Skin Cancer Treatment & Research Centre Charity Ball in The Riga Suite where £41,000 was raised, on the evening, to aid the research and treatment of skin cancer. August 2006 Dates announced for the Christmas gigs at Piperdam Golf and Leisure Resort - 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd & 31st December. June 2006 The launch of the revamped Trilogy site. Greatful thanks go to WLPDesign, Stuart Murray and Iain Gordon at Magdalen Green. March 2006 Trilogy play the Dundee University Sports Association Ball at The Hilton Hotel, Dundee. Hosted by Rector Lorraine Kelly. The band also had the pleasure of playing the gig back in 2005. December 2005 Trilogy, for the second year in succession, appear at Piperdam Golf and Leisure Resort as part of the Festive Package. Dates are throughout December culminating Hogmany. October 2005 Trilogy played to an assembled group of ‘household name’ rock stars at a reception for the Riverman Artist Management Company. Riverman look after the interests of such acts as Placebo, Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music. |
